2. CONSERVATION PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
We offer architectural-cum-conservation consultancy to take a leading role/ sub-consultant role in the consultant team to advise sensible design solutions where conservation of heritages, changes and new additions can be well balanced and integrated. Services can cover from feasibility study/ planning stage, design development/ building plan submission stage, detail architectural or conservation design/ tendering stage, as well as implementation/ construction stage. We have expertise in liaison with the Authorities (e.g. DevB, PlanD, BD, FSD, AMO, etc.) to seek exemption and relaxation from statutory planning and building requirements.
